BBQ Cheese Burger

Ingredients

· Moore’s® 3/8″ Battered Onion Rings
· Burger bun – 1 nos   · Beef patty – 130 g
· Tomato – 2 slices   · Butterhead lettuce leaves – 2 slices
· Clarified butter   · Sharp cheddar cheese – 2 slices
· Barbecue sauce – 20 g   · Mustard – 5 g

Preparation

· Cook the patty to the doneness you desire, season with salt & pepper and reserve.
· Cut the burger bun in half.
· Spread clarified butter on both sides of the bun.
· Mount the burger by layering the lettuce, tomato, meat patty, cheese, mustard and barbeque sauce.
· Deep-fry Moore’s® 3/8″ Battered Onion Rings at 170˚C for 2 minutes 30 seconds and finish the burger by adding the rings on top of the cheese.
· Serve immediately.
