Emoticon Pizza

Ingredients

McCain^® Emoticon
· Pizza dough – 150 g   · Tomato sauce – 100 g
· Mozzarella cheese – 80 g   · Oregano – pinch
· Olive oil – 15 ml

Preparation

· Roll out the pizza dough, and spread the tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.
· Season with olive oil and bake in a pre-heated oven, at 220˚C for 8 minutes.
· Fry McCain^® Emoticon for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 177˚C.
· Remove the pizza from the oven, add the emoticons and season with the oregano on top and bake for another minute.
· Serve immediately.
