Hot Marinara and Parmesan Dip Cheese Sticks
Ingredients
· Anchor® Breaded Mozzarella Cheese Sticks – 8 nos
· Tomato sauce – 1/2 cup
· Olive oil – 1 tbsp · Chili padi – 1 nos
· Chili flakes – 1 tbsp · Dried basil – 1 tbsp
· Dried oregano – 1/2 tsp · Grated parmesan – 20 g
Preparation
· Using a sauté pan, cook the chopped garlic in the olive oil.
· Add in the tomato sauce, fresh chili padi and chili flakes.
· Season with salt and pepper and let it cook for 6 minutes.
· Add the shredded parmesan, dried oregano and basil. Cook for 2 minutes.
· Fry Anchor® Breaded Mozzarella Cheese Sticks and serve them with the spicy marinara sauce.
· Garnish the sauce with the shredded parmesan on top.
