Redstone Wedges Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients

· McCain® Redstone Canyon® Skin-On Regular 8-Cut Wedges – 120 g
· Medium baguette – 1 nos
· English mustard – 2 tbsp
· Sliced salted beef – 120 g
· Sauerkraut – 50 g
· Gherkins – 30 g
· Clarified butter – 1 tbsp

Preparation

· Cut the bread in half and toast it.
· Spread the clarified butter on both sides of the bread and add the english mustard to the bottom slice of bread of the sandwich.
· Add the salted beef slices on top of the mustard, followed by the sauerkraut and gherkins.
· Fry McCain® Redstone Canyon® Skin-On Regular 8-Cut Wedges for 2 minutes 45 seconds at 177˚C.
