Tater Tots Caesar Salad


· McCain® Tots
· Romaine lettuce – 120g   · Egg – 1 nos
· Bacon slices – 4 nos   · Salted anchovies – 4 pieces
· Cherry tomatoes – 30 g   · Caesar sauce – 1/2 cup
· Shredded parmesan – 40 g


· In a pre-heated oven, roast the bacon slices at 180˚C for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Cut the slices in stripes and reserve.
· In a pot with boiling water, cook the egg for 5 minutes. Remove the boiled egg from the heat and chill immediately. Reserve.
· Deep-fry McCain® Tots for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 177˚C. Reserve.
· In a bowl, mix the lettuce, tomatoes, caesar dressing and bacon.
· Display the salad on a plate and garnish with the anchovies, parmesan, tater tots and egg.
